If you pretend to return or exchange you can ask it in the following 30 days from delivery. The product should be in new condition.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for customized items.
Return
You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order, for any return and right to withdraw.
You can return it by delivering it to one of our stores, free of charge. Or sending by mail, and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive the items, as long as they are in new condition we will refund by cash ( in store), or by credit card refund (by mail).
Exchange
You can exchange any item directly in one of our stores or sending by mail.
The cost of sending by mail from you to us is on you. The cost of sending the new item to you is on us (no cost for you).
Before sending your item for exchange please contact us using our form.
After receiving the item we wil send the new one.
